Counselling

Counselling gives the client the opportunity to discuss in confidence their emotional or practical difficulties with a sympathetic practitioner, who will then assist them to develop both a clearer understanding of the situation, and insights into how these difficulties may be resolved.

8am-8pm Monday to Saturday by appointment
