Pre/Post Separation and Divorce Counselling

Pre-Separation and Divorce Counselling is a service to help clients come to terms with the many emotions that may arise be they shock, anger, bewilderment, bereavement, betrayal, despair and depression. In dealing with these issues prior to mediation, going to solicitors or involving the courts, the client is empowered to think clearly, make rational resourceful decisions and take charge of the whole process rather than being its victim.

Post Separation and Divorce Counselling assists clients come to terms with their new situation be it emotional, anger, bereavement, loneliness and feeling of abandonment or practical such as arrangements for their children, parenting plans or how to manage financially. Quite often having gone through separation or divorce people feel very lonely and vulnerable even though they are supported by family and friends and need an outside independent counsellor and adviser to help them through.
